Welcome to an exquisite champagne pairing dinner, dedicated to celebrating the extraordinary women who have profoundly influenced the history of champagne. Tonight, we honour pioneering figures like Madame Clicquot, known as the “Grande Dame of Champagne,” who revolutionized the industry with her innovative techniques, and Louise Pommery, who transformed the Champagne industry by creating the first brut Champagne and establishing extensive underground cellars in Reims.
